Executive Influencer Marketing Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Executive/Senior Executive for our Influencer Marketing team.

This role involves managing affiliate programs, building relationships with influencers, and executing influencer-led campaigns.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the influencer marketing landscape and be able to develop and implement effective strategies to drive results.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage affiliate program onboarding, payouts, and performance optimization
  • Develop and maintain relationships with micro and macro influencers
  • Plan and execute influencer-led campaigns that meet business objectives
  • Track performance metrics and deliver actionable insights
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaign success

Requirements:

  • 1-4 years of experience in influencer marketing or a related field
  • Proven track record of delivering successful influencer marketing campaigns
  • Strong relationships with influencers and ability to negotiate contracts
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Working Conditions:
