Service Desk Lead Role

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of IT Service Desk professionals, managing and troubleshooting complex issues on our 24/7 bridge.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive service desk performance to maintain SLA deliverables and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
  • Create a positive work environment that fosters collaboration and encourages team members to meet their targets.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and dashboards to optimize service delivery.
  • Ensure seamless communication with end-users across different geographical locations.
  • Manage the overall response and resolution process for enterprise IT issues.
  • Participate in the interviewing and hiring process for potential candidates.
  • Effectively escalate dedicated helpdesk issues and implement corrective actions.

As a Service Desk Lead, you will have the opportunity to work with various IT applications, platforms, and technologies. Your excellent communication skills and ability to produce management information reports from ITSM systems will enable you to drive results and make informed decisions.
