Compliance Specialist

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our company remains compliant with all relevant laws and regulations. This includes maintaining accurate records, preparing reports, and communicating with regulatory bodies as needed.

  • Maintaining accurate records of compliance-related data, including employee information, tax payments, and other relevant documents.
  • Preparing and submitting reports to regulatory bodies, such as the ESI council, PF department, and Professional Tax department.
  • Communicating with employees, management, and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Conducting audits and risk assessments to identify areas of non-compliance and implementing corrective actions.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure that all aspects of the business are compliant with relevant laws and regulations.
Required Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations in India.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work accurately and efficiently under pressure.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field.
