Job Title: Club Leadership Specialist

As a vital member of our team, you will oversee daily club operations and play a key role in shaping the club experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Club Operations & Planning: Coordinate events, workshops, speaker sessions, and client visits to foster engagement and retention.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Serve as primary point of contact for members, property owners, external partners, vendors, and staff.

You will also be responsible for:

Team Management
  • Team Effectiveness: Delegate tasks, monitor performance, and evaluate team member responsibilities to optimize results.
  • Staff Development: Ensure all staff adhere to uniform policies, manage disciplinary actions, and provide coaching opportunities.

Other key responsibilities include:

Budgeting & Resource Allocation
  • Financial Management: Assist in managing club resources, sponsorships, and budget allocation for events.
  • Procurement: Coordinate with management for necessary approvals or procurement.

You will also focus on:

Membership Engagement
  • Customer Experience: Deliver exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming environment for members.
  • Issue Resolution: Promptly address concerns, complaints, or suggestions to strengthen member relationships and improve club services.

Additionally, you will:

Health, Safety & Compliance
  • Safety Protocols: Ensure the club operates in full compliance with health regulations, including sanitation standards and emergency protocols.
  • Risk Management: Implement and monitor safety procedures to minimize risk and protect members and staff.

Lastly, you will:

Program & Event Planning
  • Event Strategy: Strategically plan, coordinate, and oversee engaging fitness programs, wellness challenges, workshops, and social events that cater to diverse member interests and goals.
  • Partnerships: Collaborate closely with instructors, personal trainers, and wellness professionals to design innovative offerings that enhance the member experience.
