CRM Campaign Manager

Our ideal candidate is a seasoned CRM campaign manager with a proven track record of driving customer conversion and promotional communications.

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced CRM campaign manager to lead the development and execution of CRM journeys and automations. The successful candidate will manage cross-functional and geographical stakeholder management to deliver on set campaign objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute CRM journeys and automations to boost customer conversion and promotional communications for a specific Line of Business (LOB)
  • Manage cross-functional and geographical stakeholder management to deliver on set campaign objectives
  • Innovate on new campaign types and identify opportunities for increasing deliverability
  • Partner closely with Growth Managers, technical and creative colleagues across the organization
  • Anchors project briefs and serves as a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for campaign execution and Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
  • Develop, measure, and reach objectives and key results at pace without sacrificing quality

Requirements:

  • 3-4 years of relevant work experience in CRM campaigns in Ops function at high growth or technology companies
  • Experience working on SFMC CRM platform highly preferred
  • Best-in-class communication skills with a proven ability to work directly with technical teams and lead cross-functional teams more broadly
  • An understanding and passion for recognizing emerging trends, creative excellence, and new technologies
  • Ability to work within tight deadlines, adjust to changes in priorities, and balance short-term needs with long-term strategic initiatives
