Senior Golang Engineer Position

Job Description:

As a key member of our high-performance engineering team, you will be responsible for building and owning cutting-edge web services. Your role will involve collaborating with architects and product managers to understand requirements and translate them into elegant, scalable, and secure implementations.

Utilizing your extensive experience in cloud-native web development, you will work closely with our agile team to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and optimize the performance, reliability, usability, and security of our services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain high-performance web applications using Golang.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize technical requirements.
  • Develop and implement automated testing, monitoring, and logging solutions to ensure service reliability and scalability.
  • Work closely with architects to design and implement scalable, secure, and highly available systems.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in building cloud-native web applications.
  • Hands-on experience with Golang, Web API, and RESTful API design.
  • Strong understanding of software design patterns, agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban), and version control systems (e.g., Git).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with AWS stack.
  • Strong design and coding skills with the ability to pick up new languages, tools, and design patterns as needed.
