- Own the top-of-funnel pipeline and ensure a steady flow of Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs).
- Collaborate with sales teams to fine-tune outreach and increase conversion rates.
- Drive experimentation and optimization across outbound channels to maximize lead engagement.
- Lead, mentor, and scale the Outbound Sales Team to improve productivity and performance.
- Develop and implement sales enablement initiatives.
- Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
