  • Lead the account-based marketing (ABM) strategy to penetrate key accounts and drive high-intent leads.
  • Oversee outreach efforts to build a robust sales pipeline.
  • Define segmentation and targeting strategies to engage the right audience with personalized messaging.
  • Own the top-of-funnel pipeline and ensure a steady flow of Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs).
  • Collaborate with sales teams to fine-tune outreach and increase conversion rates.
  • Drive experimentation and optimization across outbound channels to maximize lead engagement.
  • Lead, mentor, and scale the Outbound Sales Team to improve productivity and performance.
  • Develop and implement sales enablement initiatives.
  • Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
