Energy Storage Technical Specialist Position

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced technical specialist to provide on-site and remote support for our energy storage products in Rajasthan. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving product issues, conducting training sessions, and maintaining customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide on-site technical support and remote assistance for energy storage products.
  • Troubleshoot complex product issues and guide customers in handling faults.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and manage spare parts supply chain.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, ensuring seamless on-site interactions.
  • Leverage industry knowledge to develop and deliver comprehensive training programs.
  • Stay up-to-date with company policies and procedures, ensuring timely reporting and compliance.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in English as primary language.
  • Able to work independently, prioritizing tasks and managing ambiguity.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in energy storage industry, preferably with central PCS or BESS systems.
  • Rajasthan-based candidates preferred but not required.
