Key Responsibilities
  • Provide on-site and remote technical support for PCS/BESS product issues
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex product faults

  • Maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication
  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance customer knowledge of our PCS/BESS products
Requirements
  • English as working language
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Experience in the energy storage industry, preferably in PCS and BESS
  • Based in North India preferred
