Job Overview:
  • The Renewals Specialist plays a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our clients by facilitating smooth subscription renewals, leveraging cutting-edge technology to drive growth and customer loyalty.
  • This position involves executing all phases of the subscription renewal lifecycle, including timely notifications, quote building, and closing renewal opportunities for accounts.
  • The ideal candidate will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers via phone and email.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent detail orientation, with the ability to handle a large volume of accounts, tasks, and responsibilities.
  • Strong customer service, listening, and presentation skills are essential for this role.
  • SaaS-based applications experience is required, while Salesforce.com experience is preferred.
  • The successful candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and have a positive attitude, customer focus, and high energy level.
