Key Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Growth Strategist to join our team. As a Growth Marketer, you will be responsible for identifying and scaling the marketing channels that drive consistent pipeline growth.

  • You will design and run structured growth experiments across paid media, content, outbound, partnerships, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement data-driven strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to ensure alignment between marketing and revenue goals.
  • Analyze performance data to inform future growth initiatives.
  • Design and execute targeted campaigns to reach U.S.-based fitness/health SMBs.
  • Advise on when to transition experiments into dedicated channels and specialist hires.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in growth/demand gen marketing in B2B SaaS.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM, Meta/Google Ads, and analytics platforms.
  • A generalist mindset: comfortable running experiments across multiple channels.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth through data-driven strategies.
  • Data-driven, scrappy, and comfortable rolling up sleeves.
