Job Description

As a monitoring specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the optimal performance of our systems. Your expertise in monitoring tools such as New Relic and Dynatrace will enable you to identify and troubleshoot issues quickly.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement monitoring strategies for infrastructure and applications across diverse environments.
  • Design and create scripts using command-line skills in Unix/Linux and Windows systems.
  • Analyze data using SQL or NRQL for querying and data analysis.
  • Collaborate with teams to integrate GitHub, Terraform, and Jenkins into our workflow.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in monitoring and observability.
Required Skills & Qualifications

We are looking for individuals with 5-8 years of experience in monitoring tools and infrastructure monitoring. A strong understanding of Linux and Windows operating systems is required. Proficiency in SQL and/or NRQL is also necessary. Familiarity with Git, Terraform, and Jenkins is a must. Experience with Oracle Cloud or AWS is an added advantage.
