About this role

This is a leadership position that drives the development of employees through innovative strategies and programs.

  • Employee Development: Design and implement talent-related projects, collaborating with different teams to ensure smooth execution and timely completion.
  • Talent Management: Lead sessions for leadership, onboarding, and team development across global teams.
  • Program & Project Management: Plan and run employee growth initiatives, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with HR, business leaders, and global teams to design programs that support employee growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with stakeholders to understand their requirements and preferences.
  • Develop and implement training programs tailored to specific needs.
  • Evaluate program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Maintain open communication channels with team members, providing regular updates and feedback.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in facilitation, onboarding, talent development, and project management.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Experience working with global teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving mindset.

  • You are seeking a role focused on training delivery or logistics.
