Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative individual to fill the role of Office Support Specialist. As an integral part of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining a seamless office environment.

Your key responsibilities will include answering phone calls, taking messages, and transferring calls to relevant staff members. You will also be expected to greet visitors, direct them, and maintain front-desk reception duties.

In addition, you will manage files and update paperwork, both physical and digital. Scheduling meetings and appointments, sending invites to attendees, and maintaining office supplies by ordering materials as needed will also be part of your tasks.
