  • Timely assignment of Foreclosure accounts under relevant policies and regulations.
  • Maintain property stock in accordance with applicable processes.
  • Generate periodic Asset verification reports.
  • Ensure timely updates for account holders' contact details changes.
  • Drive targeted results through collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular Collection Agency Audits.
  • Exercise control over Agency performance regarding:
  • Field collector recruitment and training.
  • Agency and field collector productivity management.

Qualification:

  • Post Graduate/Graduate degree in any discipline.
