1. Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite.

2. Strong skills in typography, graphic design, and layout.

3. Attentive to details and accuracy when finalizing designs.

4. Be open to feedback, and willing to make changes to designs.

5. Understand brand consistency, have an excellent eye for detail, and be able to strictly follow brand guidelines.

6. Have a flexible approach when working in a team.

7. Capable of producing quality work to tight deadlines and being able to manage several tasks simultaneously.

8. Be highly organized and capable of proactively handling projects given the correct guidance, and be able to work closely with key members of the team.
