**Job Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and execute comprehensive customer experience strategies to drive growth and retention.
  • Analyze data insights to inform marketing decisions and optimize campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to set goals and track progress towards key performance indicators.
  • Act as an AI marketing solutions expert to identify opportunities and implement effective strategies that drive measurable results.
  • Design and implement metrics to measure ROI on our products and serve as a product advocate for our clients.

**Requirements:**

  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding retention and growth targets.
  • Strong background in digital marketing, including media channels like Google, Social Media, Programmatic buying, etc., and analytical tools such as Omniture, GA, Appsflyer, Kochava, etc.
  • Able to independently translate high-level goals into actionable plans and effectively manage communications with different functions in a fast-paced startup environment.
