Insurance Operations Specialist

About the Role:

  • Daily Tasks:
    • Respond to client inquiries via calls, emails, or WhatsApp messages.
    • Process new insurance applications, policies, renewals, and endorsements efficiently and accurately.
    • Manage premium payment reminders and confirmations, maintaining accurate records.
    • Update client and policyholder databases regularly.
    • Handle email correspondence with clients in a timely and professional manner.
    • Assist in organizing meetings and preparing required documents.
    • Provide support for claims processing.
  • Weekly Tasks:
    • Generate weekly reports on policy updates, claims, and premium payments.
    • Conduct follow-ups with clients on pending payments or documents.
    • Coordinate with underwriters for approvals.
  • Monthly Tasks:
    • Prepare and share monthly client and policy reports with management.
    • Ensure all client data is accurate and up-to-date.
    • Share updates with key customers on new services or policy changes.
