A manufacturing specialist with a strong understanding of engineering drawings and machining processes is required to join our precision team in Vapi. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in CNC operations, turning, milling, drilling, and laser welding.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supervising the production of mechanical instruments and cutting assemblies
  • Managing tool room operations, ensuring timely availability and calibration of tools and gauges
  • Accurately interpreting and working from 2D and 3D engineering drawings
  • Operating and overseeing CNC machining, turning, milling, drilling, and laser welding processes
  • Coordinating with vendors and conducting site visits to ensure production standards

Proficiency in machining operations and precision measuring instruments is essential. Strong problem-solving and coordination skills are also necessary. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment is required.

Candidates must be willing to travel to vendor locations as required. Experience in quality assurance and process improvement initiatives is beneficial.

This position requires a detail-oriented individual who can accurately interpret engineering drawings and operate complex machinery. Proficiency in CAD software and experience with precision measuring instruments are assets.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising the production of chucks, mechanical instruments, and cutting assemblies. They will also manage tool room operations, ensuring timely availability and calibration of tools and gauges.
