Production Engineer (Mechanical)

Location: Vapi, Gujarat

Experience: 2–3 years

Qualification: B.E. or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Production Engineer to join our precision manufacturing team in Vapi. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in machining processes, a strong understanding of engineering drawings, and a commitment to quality and continuous improvement. Candidates must be willing to travel to vendors as required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the production of chucks, mechanical instruments, and cutting assemblies.
  • Manage tool room operations, ensuring the timely availability and calibration of tools and gauges.
  • Accurately interpret and work from 2D and 3D engineering drawings.
  • Operate and oversee CNC machining, turning, milling, drilling, and laser welding processes.
  • Coordinate with vendors and conduct site visits to ensure production standards.
  • Support quality assurance and process improvement initiatives.

Candidate Profile:

  • Proficiency in machining operations and precision measuring instruments.
  • Strong problem-solving and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Readiness to travel to vendor locations when required.
