Chiller Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to provide exceptional chiller maintenance and repair services. The ideal candidate will have experience in mechanical or electrical engineering, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Attend to after-market calls and contractual maintenance calls within stipulated timeframes.
  • Respond to breakdown calls, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
  • Commission new chillers, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Achieve spare targets and grow service business through strategic planning and execution.
  • Follow up on payments to recover dues and maintain cash flow.
  • Supervise unloading and installation of chillers, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
  • Provide training to customers and operators on chiller operations and maintenance.
  • Source suitable vendors and contractors for chiller erection and shutdown jobs as required.
  • Ensure proper handover of sites and follow up on inquiries for value-added products.
  • Offer technical support, building a good rapport with colleagues at branches.
  • Develop technical solutions for customers and visit other branches as necessary.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
  • Strive to increase customer satisfaction levels, converting this into business growth.
  • Collect TDS, C-Forms, and other certificates as and when required.
Requirements:
  • ITI Diploma in RAC or DME DEE with 2-6 years of experience.
  • Strong understanding of chiller mechanics, electrical systems, and HVAC principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
