Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated People Systems Analyst to join our team. As a key member of the People Systems Team, you will play a critical role in enabling business change, articulating requirements, testing new solutions, and continuously improving existing systems, data, and processes.

About the Role
  • You will be responsible for managing and maintaining the Sage People HR system, ensuring data integrity, workflow processes, auditing, and issue resolution.
  • You will provide first-line support for People Systems queries, including triaging helpdesk tickets, and second-line support for system-related queries from the wider business.
  • Develop and implement workflows that align with business policies and support the entire employee lifecycle.
  • Conduct end-to-end testing of new functionalities across Core HRIS, Talent, Performance, Integrations, Pay Flow, Benefits, and LMS.
  • Provide system configuration, troubleshooting, and day-to-day end-user support, acting as the primary contact for Sage People queries.
  • Produce and interpret reports and dashboards for people analytics, ensuring stakeholders have access to actionable, accurate HR data.
  • Perform regular audits, system updates, and ensure compliance with data policies such as GDPR.
  • Deliver training and documentation to users on system functionality and self-service processes.
  • Work collaboratively with People, IT, Payroll, and external vendors to identify gaps, implement improvements, and support system developments.
  • Support strategic HR initiatives through the system by providing technical expertise and data insights.
