Senior Human Resources Generalist

Roc360 is a financial services and asset management platform for residential property investors in the United States. Our company connects fragmented loan markets with institutional capital through a branchless network of third-party originators, brokers, and in-house sales teams to originate loans to property investors who buy, rehab, resell, and/or rent properties.

The company originates and services multiple business-purpose loan products via various sales channels which provide an end-to-end experience that drives repeat customer transactions and profitability. Our loan products include residential transitional bridge loans (including single and multi-family properties) and Rental Loans (including single property rentals and rental portfolios). Founded in 2014, we are headquartered in NYC and have over 400 team members globally across three continents and five countries. We can originate loans in 45+ states and Washington, D.C.

As a Human Resources Generalist at Roc360, you will be interacting extensively with senior management in India and across the globe. 1. Manage end-to-end HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, performance evaluations, training, and offboarding
2. Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations; develop and manage compensation strategies that foster talent retention and competitive salary structures
3. Design and administer training programs that promote employee development; manage employee benefits to enhance satisfaction and engagement
4. Uphold strict confidentiality and ethical standards in handling sensitive employee information
5. Develop and maintain HR programs and policies, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations
6. Analyze HR data and generate reports that inform strategic decisions for workforce planning and management
7. Offer guidance on HR policies, ensuring understanding and compliance at all organizational levels
8. Serve as a communication bridge between employees and management, resolving workplace issues and fostering positive employee relations

• Proven experience in managing the full employee lifecycle
• Strong knowledge of statutory compliance, employment laws, and compensation management strategies
• Expertise in developing and administering training programs and managing employee benefits
• High ethical standards and ability to maintain confidentiality in managing sensitive employee information
• Experience in developing HR policies and programs, with a strong focus on legal compliance and policy interpretation
• Strong analytical skills to compile, analyze, and interpret HR data for strategic decision-making
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Tamil
