About This Role

We are seeking a skilled Senior UI UX Designer to join our team. As a key member of our design team, you will play a crucial role in creating innovative and user-centered product experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business goals and develop effective solutions.
  • Create comprehensive user personas, user journeys, and information architecture to drive product decisions.
  • Present research findings to stakeholders and guide development teams on user experience strategies.
  • Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces that meet client expectations.
  • Deliver high-quality design assets and ensure seamless handoffs to development teams.
  • Closely review development builds and provide constructive feedback to ensure alignment with design vision.

Requirements:

  • Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
  • Strong analytical skills to inform design decisions.
  • Confident, organized, humble, patient, soft-spoken, quick learner, and driven to excel in a fast-paced environment.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in UX/UI design for mobile app development projects.
  • Understanding of human interface guidelines to create consistent and engaging experiences.
  • Baseline knowledge of app development processes to effectively collaborate with development teams.
  • Able to think creatively and develop new concepts to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Solid hands-on experience with Figma and design thinking methodologies.
  • Knowledge of Scrum is a plus to thrive in an agile environment.
