Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Industrial Design, or a related field.
  • At least 7 years of experience in UX design, with a focus on leading teams and driving design strategies.
  • Expertise in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Cloud, and other design tools.
  • Strong understanding of component-driven design methodologies and accessibility standards.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate complex design concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
