Job Overview

This role requires a Product Designer who is passionate about solving real-world problems and building intuitive design solutions.

You will be responsible for creating high-quality designs for our portfolio of workflow products as an individual contributor.

This role requires deep user empathy, cross-functional collaboration skills, and a strong grasp of both design principles and product strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Translate user and product requirements into high-quality designs for a suite of solutions.
  • Gather actionable insights through on-ground user research, including observational studies, user interviews, prototyping, etc.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, product management, client success, R&D, and other teams to align on product goals and roadmap.
  • Advocate for and embed user-centred design thinking into every stage of the product development lifecycle.
  • Support the product management team in defining feature specs and driving adoption through design decisions.
  • Leverage insights from qualitative and quantitative data to refine user experience and maximize product value.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Product Design, Interaction Design, HCI, or related fields.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Expertise in conceptualizing and visualizing design through wireframes, prototypes, and information architecture.
  • Solid foundation in UI/UX principles, interaction design, and visual design best practices.
  • Strong collaboration, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Sound reasoning and decision-making grounded in user needs and product context.
