About the Role

We are seeking a highly creative Product Designer to create exceptional user experiences for mobile-first platforms.

The ideal candidate will craft visually stunning and intuitive designs that prioritize usability, engagement, and set new benchmarks for modern digital applications.

This role offers the opportunity to bring design expertise to high-impact projects, where you shape user journeys and interfaces for platforms users love and trust.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design user-centric workflows, wireframes, and prototypes for key platform features.
  • Conduct user research to identify pain points, behaviors, and preferences.
  • Optimize user journeys to ensure seamless and intuitive experiences for all users.

User Interface (UI)

  • Create high-fidelity, pixel-perfect designs reflecting modern aesthetics while being functional and accessible.
  • Ensure consistency across devices with responsive and adaptive designs.
  • Enhance engagement through interactive elements and well-thought-out animations.

Collaboration

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align design with project goals and technical feasibility.
  • Provide detailed design specifications and assets to ensure smooth development handoffs.
  • Work with branding teams to maintain visual consistency across the platform.

Design Systems

  • Build and maintain scalable design systems including reusable components, typography, and color schemes.
  • Ensure compliance with accessibility standards and best practices.

Testing and Iteration

  • Use analytics and user feedback to iterate and improve the platform's design.
  • Conduct A/B testing to validate design decisions and enhance overall usability.

Qualifications and Skills

Experience

  • 4+ years of experience in UX/UI design with a proven track record of delivering high-quality, user-friendly designs for mobile-first platforms.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in creating visually stunning and intuitive interfaces.

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
  • Expertise in prototyping and interaction tools such as InVision, Principle, or Framer.
  • Deep understanding of responsive and adaptive design principles.

Soft Skills

  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a user-first mindset.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.

Bonus Skills

  • Experience with motion design and micro-interactions.
  • Basic understanding of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to bridge the gap between design and development.
