Senior People Operations Manager

At Jobs for Humanity, we're seeking a highly skilled Senior People Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for managing the entire employee life cycle from onboarding to exit. This will include assisting with the design, implementation, and administration of employee engagement processes and programs. You will also conduct new employee orientation sessions, ensure required documentation is processed correctly, and support employee lifecycle management from onboarding to exit.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage entire employee life cycle from onboarding to exit.
- Assist with design, implementation, and administration of employee engagement processes and programs.
- Conduct new employee orientation sessions.
- Support employee lifecycle management from onboarding to exit.
- Work with various stakeholders to manage annual appraisal cycle, performance improvement plan, retention initiatives, and attrition analysis.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Investigate employee issues, provide guidance and support to managers, and ensure all locations remain in compliance with applicable laws and processes.
Requirements
- 8-12 years of experience in HR.
- Analytical thinking ability and ability to question while building processes.
- Experience leading HR projects and HR transformation projects.
- Strong business communication skills and solutions-oriented approach.
- Excellent expertise in taking care of employee queries, escalations, and grievances.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines, work on moderate to complex projects, and evaluate information objectively.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees and business leaders.
- Proficient in MS Office and creating HR-related dashboards and PowerPoint presentations.
- Education qualification - MBA in HR from a premier business school.
