About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced professional to drive requirements gathering, solution design, and client education in the implementation of HealthCloud capabilities aligned with business needs.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Conduct workshops to gather and document requirements from clients.
  • Map healthcare processes into Salesforce HealthCloud solutions for effective configuration.
  • Configure Care Plans, Patient/Provider data models, and workflows within Salesforce HealthCloud.
  • Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for HealthCloud features, providing expertise on FHIR and HL7 standards.
  • Collaborate with Architects, Developers, and QA teams to deliver solutions that meet client expectations.
  • Develop training programs for internal and external stakeholders on HealthCloud functionality.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 successful HealthCloud implementations as a Functional Consultant.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare workflows, including screening, primary care, and aged care.
  • Expertise in FHIR, HL7 standards for seamless integration.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client engagement.
  • Salesforce HealthCloud Consultant Certification is highly desirable.
