Key Role Summary

The ideal candidate will have the ability to lead a team and oversee the development of Salesforce OmniStudio solutions. This position requires a high degree of technical expertise in Vlocity, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills.

  • 10+ years of experience in Vlocity with hands-on experience in Vlocity Omniscripts, Vlocity Data Raptors, Vlocity cards, Vlocity integration procedures, Lightning Web Components, etc.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, and queueable logic to implement complex business processes.
  • Develop scalable, reusable, and performant solutions using Lightning Web Components (LWC) integrated with OmniStudio.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior and mid-level developers within the team.
  • Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and stakeholders to define and validate solution architecture.
Key Responsibilities
  • Own technical delivery timelines and coordinate closely with project managers, QA, and DevOps.
  • Drive adherence to Salesforce development standards, including version control, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring secure and high-performance solutions.
  • Mentor and guide junior and mid-level developers within the team.
