**Job Title:** Salesforce Data Cloud Architect

 

At Rialtes, we are seeking an experienced professional to spearhead our data cloud initiatives.

This role requires deep knowledge of Salesforce Data Cloud, along with proven leadership skills to guide technical teams and design scalable architectures.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving strategy, implementation, and optimization of Salesforce Data Cloud capabilities to unlock customer insights, enable AI-driven personalization, and power intelligent engagement across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement end-to-end Salesforce Data Cloud solutions, including defining data models, ingestion strategies, identity resolution, harmonization, and activation of unified customer profiles.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate business objectives into scalable Data Cloud solutions and manage data governance, security, and compliance across multiple data sources.
  • Integrate Salesforce Data Cloud with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud, MuleSoft, Tableau, and external data platforms to provide a seamless customer experience.
  • Mentor and lead a team of Salesforce professionals, including admins, developers, and data engineers, to ensure the success of data cloud initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 10+ years of Salesforce platform experience, with at least 3+ years dedicated to Data Cloud/Customer Data Platform (CDP).
  • Proven expertise in Salesforce architecture, data integration, and enterprise solution design, including strong knowledge of ETL/ELT pipelines, APIs, connectors, and real-time streaming.
  • Hands-on experience with data modeling, identity resolution, consent management, and profile unification, as well as deep understanding of data governance, compliance (GDPR, CCPA), and security best practices.

Education:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Management, or related field.
