Job Title: Salesforce Service Cloud/Sales Cloud Developer

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Service Cloud/Sales Cloud Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing, building, and configuring solutions aligned with business needs.

The role involves collaborating across teams, providing technical leadership, and ensuring application development meets strategic goals.

A key responsibility of the role is to serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Salesforce Service Cloud / Sales Cloud.

The successful candidate will lead and guide the development team, making key technical decisions, collaborate with multiple teams to deliver scalable, efficient solutions, troubleshoot, resolve issues, and optimize system performance.

Additionally, they will conduct knowledge-sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities and ensure project progress aligns with business objectives.

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in Salesforce Service Cloud / Sales Cloud
  • Strong application development expertise with integration experience
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies
  • Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills
