Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Business Systems Analyst to work closely with clients across the globe.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure and customize business systems modules (Sales, Finance, SCM, Procurement, Inventory, etc.)
  • Work with technical teams to ensure proper implementation of solutions
  • Participate in data migration, testing, and go-live support
  • Collaborate with clients for project delivery
  • Gather and analyze business requirements, document functional specifications, and design scalable solutions in business systems
  • Configure and customize modules such as Finance, Procurement & Sourcing, Accounts Receivable/Payable, General Ledger, Inventory Management, and Supply Chain Management
  • Lead and participate in end-to-end implementation cycles, including requirement workshops, Fit-Gap analysis, testing, data migration, training, and post-go-live support
  • Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure business continuity
  • Conduct UAT sessions and user training workshops
  • Prepare project documentation including Business Process Documents, Functional Design Documents, and Training Manuals
  • Stay updated with industry best practices to recommend process improvements
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience as a business systems analyst
  • Strong expertise in key modules: Finance (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Budgeting, Cash & Bank Management), Supply Chain Management (Procurement, Inventory, Warehouse, Sales & Distribution)
  • Experience in business process mapping, solution design, and fit-gap analysis
  • Proficiency in preparing functional documentation and test scripts
  • Strong communication, presentation, and client-facing skills
  • Ability to work independently and lead small to medium implementation projects
  • Industry certifications and relevant qualifications
  • Experience with global rollouts and multi-country implementations
