System Analyst II Role

We are seeking a skilled System Analyst II to join our organization.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in ERP systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics 365. Key responsibilities include executing major ERP projects and identifying opportunities for system improvement. This includes configuring AX 2012 & D365 for optimal performance, providing business analysis and recommending best courses of action, as well as reviewing FDDs created by other ERP analysts.

Responsibilities also include designing configurable solutions instead of customizations, designing and implementing interfaces to other business applications, and assisting in applying system solutions to business problems through design and programming of D365/AX.

Qualifications
  • A minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience with requirements, design gaps, configuration, data migration, integration, UAT and training activities for Dynamics AX or D365 Finance & Operations.
  • Extensive experience with localizations around VAT, fixed assets and statutory reporting.
  • Strong knowledge of finance daily and month-end procedures and currency conversions.
  • Experience with Financial Reporter & PowerBI.
  • Proficient with Excel and data skills.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision and possess excellent customer service skills.

This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively, while maintaining a focus on delivering high-quality results under pressure.
