Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead the implementation of MS Dynamics 365 Finance.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced project coordinator or project manager looking to take their career to the next level.

You will be responsible for coordinating and documenting meetings, tracking and monitoring project plans, issues, and risks, and facilitating collaboration between business, IT, and vendor teams across multiple workstreams.

Required Skills & Experience

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • a minimum of 3–5 years of experience in project coordination or project management
  • a strong understanding of ERP programs, preferably MS Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain
  • knowledge of ERP workstreams: Finance, Supply Chain, HCM, integrations, testing cycles
  • excellent written and verbal communication skills to work with US stakeholders
  • proficiency in O365 tools (Outlook, Teams, OneNote, SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • experience with Azure DevOps and Jira for issue/risk tracking
  • skilled in prioritization, risk tracking, and escalation management
Preferred Qualifications

The following qualifications would be advantageous:

  • hands-on experience coordinating D365 Finance & Supply Chain implementations
  • exposure to large-scale ERP or IT transformation programs
  • experience working in global, cross-functional environments
