Senior Hospitality Manager Job Description

The Senior Hospitality Manager is responsible for ensuring that the highest standards of food quality, safety, and customer service are maintained in our operations. This role requires a strong leader who can oversee the production process, maintain records, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the daily operations of the food production team to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Develop and implement new menu recipes, upgrade existing ones, and plan special events.
  • Monitor and control food costs, wastage, and inventory levels to maintain profitability.
  • Co-ordinate with the HR, QMHSE, and Legal departments to ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, employees, and other stakeholders to build strong relationships and resolve issues promptly.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree in Hotel Management or related field from a recognized institution.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in a senior hospitality management role.
  • Strong business acumen, financial skills, and budgeting expertise.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
