Job Title: Business Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Strategist to join our team. As a Commercial Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing end-to-end finance operations with a focus on the revenue cycle.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Financial Operations Management:
    • Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance in all financial processes, from initial transaction to final closing activity.
  2. Budgeting & Forecasting Expertise:
    • Develop annual budgets and rolling forecasts, providing actionable insights to drive business growth.
    • Monitor and track budgets, highlighting variances for swift corrective action.
  3. Financial Reporting & Closing Solutions:
    • Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities, ensuring timely submission of reports.
    • Prepare detailed balance sheet schedules and reconciliations, guaranteeing accuracy and transparency.
  4. MIS, Audit & Compliance Strategy:
    • Design and implement comprehensive management information systems, driving data-driven decision making.
    • Coordinate with auditors to ensure smooth audit closures, maintaining strict adherence to regulatory requirements.
  5. Stakeholder Management & Liaison:
    • Liaise effectively with internal teams and external partners to resolve finance-related matters.
    • Provide critical financial insights and commercial support to senior leadership, informing strategic decisions.
  6. Additional Responsibilities:
    • Undertake special projects as directed by senior management, showcasing adaptability and a proactive approach.
