Job Title: Business Development Leader

As a senior-level business development professional, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the client servicing function. This includes building and nurturing long-term client relationships, driving strategic account growth, and managing a team of servicing professionals.

You will collaborate with leadership to define business plans and account strategies, oversee campaign execution, and work closely with creative, strategy, and digital teams to deliver effective communication solutions. Your role will also involve representing our organization at client presentations, reviews, and industry events.

We are looking for an experienced leader who has 6-10 years of experience in client servicing/account management. You should demonstrate strong relationship-building and leadership skills, as well as experience in managing large accounts and multi-industry clients.

Your ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution will be crucial to your success in this role. As a team leader and mentor, you will guide and inspire others to achieve high performance and client satisfaction.
