Job Overview

The Zonal Manager plays a pivotal role as the People Brand Ambassador and Talent Partner, collaborating closely with business leaders to deliver regular people interventions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition:
    • End-to-End Recruitment Management: Oversee sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and offer management processes for critical leadership roles, niche, and volume-based roles.
    • Hiring Strategies: Lead hiring for sales teams and other high-turnover segments to reduce attrition.
  • Employee Engagement & Retention:
    • Employee Relations: Handle grievances, disciplinary processes, and provide support for new hires.
    • Talent Development: Identify training needs, provide induction training, and drive initiatives to retain top talent.
  • Compliance & HR Operations:
    • Ensure Labor Law Compliance: Ensure adherence to labor laws across branches and oversee timely payroll inputs.
    • HRIS Accuracy: Verify accuracy of HR information systems and support internal audits.
