We are seeking an exceptional Academic Leader to spearhead the Director Position at our institution.

Job Objective

To build a comprehensive vision for academic and research direction, providing leadership to teaching and non-teaching staff to establish the school as a leading institution in governance.

Enable an environment where students can learn, thrive, and develop into leaders and innovators of society.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop strategic plans incorporating operational and financial strategies, aligning institutional processes with the mission.
  • Design high-quality curriculum meeting governance needs with a global perspective, comparable to best practices in the country.
  • Promote social initiatives, including NLC, Bharatiya Chhatra Sansad, National Teachers Congress, and others.
  • Plan manpower needs, recruit high-calibre faculty, and ensure effective delivery of teaching, research, and consultancy activities.
  • Foster continuous Faculty Development Programs to keep faculty members updated on latest developments.
  • Engage with society, alumni, and other stakeholders for mutual benefit.
  • Monitor local, regional, and national legislative issues, develop strategies, and maintain up-to-date data on key policies and advocacy issues.
