Product Development Leadership Role

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to drive innovation and growth in the healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive early-stage evaluation of new product opportunities with cross-functional teams, leveraging data insights to inform strategic decisions.
  • Develop a robust product pipeline by identifying new molecules through in-house R&D or partnerships with domestic & global players.
  • Implement effective pricing strategies to enhance profitability and market competitiveness.
  • Lead market entry strategies across new geographies, products, and therapeutic areas.
  • Collaborate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely product delivery and business support.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, R&D, Medical Affairs, and Regulatory teams for successful product launches.
  • Manage agreement negotiations, due diligence, and execution for key business projects.
  • Prepare and deliver impactful presentations for senior leadership.
  • Monitor competitive developments and define strategies to maintain a strong market edge.
