This role requires:

  • A strong background in Pharmacology, with an MBBS + MD qualification
Key ResponsibilitiesMedical Strategy Development
  • Lead the development of medical inputs into divisional marketing strategies
Scientific Collaboration and Support
  • Provide scientific support for new product launches, including training and presentations
  • Respond to product-related medical queries using evidence-based literature
Clinical Research and Engagement
  • Drive clinical education and engagement activities, including CMEs and doctors' meetings
  • Plan and oversee clinical studies, advisory boards, and medical engagement events
Regulatory Compliance and Training
  • Support regulatory submissions and ensure compliance in promotions and packaging
  • Train field and marketing teams on disease management and therapy insights
Performance Metrics
  • Evaluate new product opportunities from a medical perspective
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders through scientific engagement
