Senior Software Architect for Scalable Systems

As a Senior Software Architect at our organization, you'll be responsible for:
Main Responsibilities
- Designing and implementing scalable systems that can handle large volumes of requests without compromising performance.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop new features and projects, and figuring out the best way to build them.
- Ensuring code quality through detailed reviews and enforcing industry best practices.
- Participating in daily stand-ups and product backlog discussions to maintain alignment among team members.
- Maintaining accurate technical documentation to prevent confusion and ensure knowledge sharing.
- Distributing tasks efficiently within your team and ensuring timely delivery.
- Monitoring system health using tools like Grafana, New Relic, Sentry, and resolving incidents promptly.
- Improving CI/CD pipelines and automation scripts (Python/Shell) to enhance efficiency and reduce errors.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in backend development, with at least 4+ years in Golang.
- Strong system design skills and experience building large-scale systems.
- Good understanding of Kafka and its applications.
- Proficiency with Docker; Kubernetes experience is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with AWS services such as ECS, ECR, S3, Lambda, Secrets Manager, EC2, and Route 53.
- Familiarity with MySQL and MongoDB databases.
- Experience with monitoring tools like Grafana (Loki, Tempo, Prometheus), New Relic, Sentry.
- Ability to write basic automation scripts in Python or Shell.
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and their importance in software development.
