Senior Technical Architect

The Senior Technical Architect will be responsible for leading technical decision-making across the product and platform. This includes ensuring stability, scalability, and maintainability of our systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop scalable, high-performance web applications using Node.js, MongoDB, and modern front-end frameworks.
  • Own features end-to-end from architecture and implementation to testing, deployment, and optimization.
  • Drive technical decision-making across the product and platform, ensuring stability, scalability, and maintainability.
  • Integrate and optimize AI-assisted development tools to enhance reliability, minimize hallucinations, and improve developer productivity.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Design, and AI Research to deliver impactful features.
  • Mentor and support fellow engineers, contributing to a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • 6+ years of expert-level proficiency in Node.js and MongoDB, with a strong understanding of backend architecture and performance optimization.
  • Solid experience with modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Vue, Angular) and building full-stack web applications.
  • Knowledge of SEO, proven track record of architecting complex systems and shipping scalable, high-performance web apps in production.
  • Strong understanding of software design patterns, API design, and microservices architecture.
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools and passion for pushing boundaries of AI in software engineering lifecycle.
  • Ability to guide technical architecture, make high-impact decisions, and mentor other engineers.
  • Experience with code quality, testing, deployment pipelines, and optimizing dev workflows. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
