Job Title: Senior Software Engineer

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Software Engineer to join our team. This role will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining large-scale software systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop high-quality software solutions using Python, Linux/Unix systems, and bash scripting.
  • Maintain and improve existing software systems, ensuring they meet performance and scalability requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop technical solutions.
  • Develop and implement automated testing frameworks to ensure code quality and reliability.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in software development with a strong focus on coding excellence.
  • Proven expertise in RESTful APIs, data caching, JWT auth, API load testing, and RAML.
  • Proficiency in Linux/Unix systems, bash scripting, and container orchestration (Kubernetes).
  • Strong knowledge of microservices architecture, containers (Docker), serverless computing (AWS Lambda), and distributed scalable systems.
  • Experience mentoring junior developers to enhance team efficiency.
  • Strong focus on writing documentation and creating architecture diagrams.
  • Extensive experience in processing and analyzing large datasets with expertise in SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Amazon Aurora, Redis, Amazon Redshift, and Google BigQuery.
  • Rigorous approach to testing (unit, functional, integration testing) and solid understanding of API security best practices.
  • Ability to profile, identify, and resolve performance bottlenecks in application and database layers using modern tools.
  • Strong proficiency in Git (branching, pull requests, conflict management) and conducting thorough code reviews.
