  3. Strong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) and design patterns.
  4. Experience with database design and development, including SQL Server.
  5. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  6. Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
  7. Proficiency in version control systems like Git.
  8. Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  9. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  10. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
