Technical Software Developer Leader

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead the development of large-scale technology initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have experience in designing and executing software applications using Java and Spring frameworks.

  • Developing, testing, debugging, and maintaining complex software systems.
  • Defining metrics and implementing code for diagnostics and performance monitoring.
  • Participating in the full development lifecycle, including design, coding, automated testing, and production releases of technical services.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Leading a team of software developers to achieve project goals.
  • Designing, developing, and implementing new software systems and applications.
  • Contributing to and driving department best practices, guidelines implementation, and adherence to standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of Java, Spring, Hibernate, and good programming practices.
  • Experience with web services standards and related technologies (HTTP, Spring, XML, JSON, REST).
  • Understanding of microservices architecture and containerization tools like Docker.
