- Promote delivery excellence through adherence to the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and internal processes.
- Resolve delivery blockers, manage interdependencies, and escalate.
- Team Member Communication
- Promote communication between engineering, product, and team members.
- Provide detailed updates on status, risks, and program decisions to all levels, including executives.
- Align all team members around important outcomes and delivery expectations.
- Risk and Issue Management
- Manage project and program issues.
- Maintain risk mitigation plans and contingency strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in program or project management in software engineering or related technical field.
- Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Experience with project tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar.
- Relevant certifications such as PMP, SAFe, or equivalent.
