Job Title: Plant Engineering Project Delivery Leader

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to lead the delivery of plant engineering projects from inception to completion.

This role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery while maintaining high-quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering project management, operations delivery, and plant engineering processes.

In-depth hands-on experience in handling multidiscipline large engineering projects is preferred. The candidate should have experience managing teams of 300+ resources executing projects for large customers worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the delivery of plant engineering projects from inception to completion.
  • Manage and mentor a team of engineers ensuring effective resource allocation, task management, and career development.
  • Act as the main point of contact between clients, internal teams, and stakeholders.
  • Identify and manage project risks and issues implementing mitigation plans to ensure successful delivery.
  • Ensure all engineering processes and deliverables meet required quality standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven working experience in leadership roles in plant engineering services organizations.
  • People-oriented and results-driven with excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Strong multidisciplinary knowledge especially in process, piping, mechanical, structural, electrical & instrumentation disciplines.
  • Excellent organizational planning and time management capabilities.
