Job Title: Bid and Proposal Manager

We are seeking a skilled professional to manage the bid process from opportunity identification through to final submission. The ideal candidate will be responsible for researching, strategizing, and crafting compelling proposals that showcase our company's capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end bid process ensuring compliance with all RFP/RFI/Tender requirements.
  • Conduct research to influence new business opportunities and create impact on business proposals.
  • Develop winning strategies that clearly articulate our value proposition and capabilities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align solutions with client needs.
  • Craft impactful case studies and draft proposals that resonate with senior decision-makers.
  • Maintain a library of high-quality case studies and proposal assets to accelerate future bids.
  • Ensure bid governance, quality assurance, and adherence to our brand standards.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years in bid management, proposal writing, or business development within creative agencies, marketing services, or integrated communications.
  • Proven success in winning large-scale, multi-market contracts.
  • Exceptional storytelling, content writing, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with automation tools, MS Office Suite, and familiarity with agency workflows.
  • Understanding of marketing delivery channels (digital, content, social, video production, tech-enabled marketing).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Prior experience in agency pitch management or marketing procurement will be highly valued.
